Shake off the winter chill at the Winter Thaw Out Party!
Held at Briergarten in historic downtown Lewisburg, this event is a highlight of the Lewisburg Flavor: A Food and Wine Festival.

A lively celebration featuring all-you-can-eat and made-to-order oysters, from our friends at Salty Bottom Blue Oysters from Gwynn’s Island in the Chesapeake Bay — bringing their own high-salinity, fresh oysters raised in the mid-bay waters of the Chesapeake Bay. We are also featuring house-made chili and cornbread.

This event serves as the finale for the inaugural Lewisburg Flavor festival, bringing together the city's top culinary scene in a relaxed, open-air beer garden setting inspired by Bavarian traditions.
